Welcome to the Microsoft 365 Newest Updates series. Every week, we do our best to sift through the most important Message Center updates into an easy-to-digest format so you’re always up-to-date.

With that out of the way, let’s get started:

Search Usage Reports for Modern Sites

Associated Roadmap ID: 70616

New Search Usage reports are on their way to a modern site near you! The report will detail things like top, abandoned, and no result queries, as well as volume trends and more. Site Collection Admins will be able to access these reports by going to Site Settings > Microsoft Search > Configure Search Settings > Insights. This will be a great tool to help admins determine if users are finding what they are looking for, and plan solutions for items they are having issues with. Rollout begins in late May and will complete by early July.

Power Apps Now Display Images From Lists

Associated Roadmap ID: 81986

Finally, Power Apps can now display images saved in SharePoint List image fields. Complex data sources have always been a pain point in Power Apps. Now there is one less pain point and one that helps a great deal. Using the same data connectors, you’ll now be able to apply image fields to image controls in Power Apps. The rollout will start in early June and complete by the end of June. Great news!

That’s it for the updates of note this week. See you again next week for more updates and changes!
