An Alberta roadside assistance company wanted to extend their motor insurance reach by creating an online quoting tool that would be hosted on its website. Two previous attempts to launch this service had been unsuccessful due to a lack of customer adoption and an un-intuitive User Interface for the quoting tool.
Imaginet provided multiple services including: User Experience design and prototyping which integrated a very intuitive interface to their back-end system via a custom coded web services layer.
The implementation resulted in a significant completion rate of the Agent View Application (an ASP. NET based online insurance issuing application used by insurance agents in the field).
All of these services were delivered via an Agile methodology which resulted in a successful launch of the Agent View Application.
